Store Supplies, Professional Consumables and Packaging Materials

ITOCHU Retail Link reliably provides store supplies, professional consumables, packaging materials and other such supplies and products with a focus on high quality and optimized prices, serving general merchandise stores (GMS), supermarkets, home improvement centers, convenience stores, restaurants and various other types of retailers located in Japan. We propose product packages tailored specifically to customers' wide-ranging needs, such as consumables in large quantities with an emphasis on low price, and product sales focused foremost on high quality. In addition, our comprehensive product packages include everything from marketing and product development through to production-related procurement, inventory management and product delivery. Our goal is to provide top-quality, optimized service to our customers.

Daily Necessities and Housewares

By taking full advantage of the ITOCHU Group's infrastructure, we connect domestic and international suppliers with customers. Through centralized management incorporating merchandising, product development planning, production-related procurement, distribution system optimization, inventory management, and deliveries to stores, we are able to provide our customers with top-quality service. Furthermore, we offer proposals to help step up customer business performance even further, such as product development aimed at creating products that can represent their companies, and strengthening of product selections based on real consumer needs.

Brand Business and Franchisee

Serving as sales agents for suitcase, business bag and backpack brands Ricardo Beverly Hills, Samsonite, American Tourister, Victorinox and Kipling, we offer all-encompassing support proposals in areas ranging from product-lineup optimization through to in-store sales and billing methods.

Company History

October 1991 In order to create a distribution and sales network for their video software, ITOCHU Corporation collaborated with Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. and other partners to found Vide o Channel Japan Co., Ltd. (main office: Higashi-azabu, Minato Ward, Tokyo).
October 1999 Video Channel Japan Co., Ltd. name changed to VCJ Corporation.
May 2005 Main office moved to current location in Hatchobori, Chuo Ward, Tokyo.
June 2011 Company becomes a full owned subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation.
April 2012 Company name changed to ITOCHU Retail Link Corporation.
